We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges and all sell are Final.

If order is out of stock you will be issued a refund

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed your order has began processing and  will not be able to be canceled 

 

Billing Policy 

Please insure that your billing and shipping addresses are CORRECT. If They are different make sure billing address is associated to payment or if will be declined.

If for some reason your charge id DECLINED an authorization charge will usually fall off account within a few hours.

Shipping and processing 

Please allow 24  up 72 hours for processing, once payment is approved. Standard shipping is 3-7 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email with email on file. 

DUE TO LOW INVENTORY , FROM OVERSEAS, ALL LACE FRONTALS AND CLOSURES WILL BE PRE-ORDER FROM OUR VENDOR
